ARTstor: Offline Image Presentation Tool (OIV)

To set defaults for all future presentations, go to the Edit menu bar item and choose Preferences to alter

• Image Size (subsequent images imported),
• Temp Space,
• Memory Usage (overall capacity allowed),
• Defaults (screen size, slide background colour, and font colour, family, style, size).

The layout of the Slide Sorter, Slide Editor, and Image Palette workspaces may be customized to suit your needs.

To resize, click on the workspace border and drag to desired size. Go to the View menu bar item and under Workspace, select either Reset Default Layout, Save Layout, or deactivate/reactivate a workspace.

Suggestion: Opt to enlarge the Slide Sorter workspace to rearrange slides and the Image Palette workspace to rearrange images by clicking on the Maximize/restore button (single square) at the upper right corner of these workspaces; click on the same button (double square) to restore it to its original size, or go to the View menu bar item and under Workspace, select either Reset Default Layout.

To deactivate/reactivate dialogs, go to the View menu bar item and under Dialogs select from the available options. The check mark indicates that the feature is active.
