What are groups?

A means to store and organize more than one image in order to export to PowerPoint or zip file, print or share a link.

Save images to a group

  1. Log in to your personal account in ARTstor. Conduct a search or view images in another group.
  2. Select images. To select all on page, go to the Organize menu bar item, and to deselect them, choose Deselect all.
  3. To save selected images to a group, from the Organize menu bar item, choose to save selections to new image or save selections to existing group.
    • New groups: Assign a title and under Sharing Permissions choose who can see this group (This institution or Only me). You may also provide a description and assign tags.

Manage a group

Log in to your personal account in Artstor. Go the Organize menu bar item and choose Groups

Note: An item cannot be duplicated in an image group.

  • Reorder Images: Choose Reorder from the toolbar. Use the mouse to drag and drop images. For keyboard control, tab to an image, use enter to select, and the left and right arrow keys to move the image.

Rename, copy and delete a group

From the Organize menu bar item choose to Edit group info (or click on the + Add description button in the Group Details), Copy group or Delete a group.

View a group

Go to the Browse menu bar item, and select Group.
