From the Export button from the toolbar, choose PowerPoint or Zip File. These options are also available from the Share menu bar item. Accept the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Note that for groups larger than 150, only the first 150 images are exported as presentation slides when exporting to PowerPoint. Depending on the number of images, the wait time may take several minutes. When saved, you will be able to open and edit the .pptx file in Microsoft PowerPoint 2007.

  • The first slide displays the name of the image group;
  • One image per subsequent slide appears in the order of those in the group;
  • ARTstor image information appears in the notes field of each slide;
  • an embedded hyperlink in each image will launch the ARTstor detail view (requires Web access).
  • The document may be printed.

Zip File

Images and their metadata are combined in a compressed file.

You must log in to your ARTstor personal account to download or export.

ARTstor will output a low resolution jpeg image.

Users may export up to 2000 images in a 120-day period, and multimedia files are not downloadable.
