This two volume casebook on sports law is the only one of its kind. In Volume One, the book focuses on professional sports. Volume Two, on the other hand, is almost entirely devoted to amateur athletics. Part II deals with professional sports issues. The third and final portion of the book addresses legal liability issues common to sports activities., Each chapter begins with helpful introductory comments which set the stage for the cases and materials that follow. Each chapter also contains notes and questions section designed to provoke discussion on related issues.
