How to Use Omni

Request from OMNI partner Libraries

You can use Omni to request books quickly and easily from across all 16 Omni partner institutions.

This is like having an interlibrary loan feature inside OMNI, just for OMNI partners.

Only physical books can be borrowed, not e-resources.

If you make a request and it can’t be fulfilled, you will be notified and then you can choose to use RACER  to fill your request

This OMNI lending feature does not replace RACER.

Who can use it?

Students, faculty, and staff

If you want to place a request, you can do so. This will help us test the system, but please note there could be delays or technical issues. Alternatively, you can place your request through RACER, as per usual.
