Need help?
Contact me to set an appointment (see contact information on the right) for help with research in Biochemistry, microbiology and immunology.
I also offer instruction sessions tailored to your course and learning objectives for classes of graduate and undergraduate students. These sessions may be presented live or recorded in advance for asynchronous delivery. Please do not hesitate to contact me via email to discuss your needs.
With courses being offered almost exclusively online, this could be a good time to use open educational resources (OER) to facilitate access to course materials freely, openly and legally. The Library is available to help professors find OER to replace print textbooks and other physical resources, whenever possible.
For more information on open educational resources, please visit the Library's OER guide.
Please check out this free, online chemistry textbook provided by OpenStax, as an example of what is available for OER.
For assistance in finding suitable OER for your courses, contact reloer@uottawa.ca. Please provide an overview of the topics to be covered in the course and, if applicable, the title of the textbook usually assigned.
uO Research, the University's institutional repository includes theses, articles, working papers, technical reports, conference papers, data sets in various digital formats, etc.
We invite all faculty, graduate students and researchers to contribute their scholarly works to uO Research.
