Black History in Canada

Description

This is a guide to information on the topic of Black history in Canada containing open source, library-owned, and subscriber-based resources. It is meant to fill a gap left by major commercial publishers that have not produced a database for the study of Black history in Canada. However, Black history sources are available in provincial and federal archives as well as in local archives - we've attempted to compile these varied sources here.
